Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ's)

    Q. What is required before I can join the BBT's?
    A. You must own a Winnebago/Itasca product and be a member of WIT, the Winnebago Itasca
Travelers Club, located in Forest City, Iowa. If you don't have a WIT Membership
application, click here. However, your dealer may have given you a first year
      membership..

    Q. Am I allowed to visit the BBT's before deciding if I would like to become a member?
    A. Yes. You can check either the monthly WIT Magazine or go to our links page and contact us.

    Q.  How often do the BBT's meet?
    A.  Monthly, at various times and locations. See our campout schedule.

    Q. What is the difference between a "club" and a "chapter"?
    A. Clubs are at the state level. Ours is called Texas W. Chapters are at the local level. The
Texas W Club is the only WIT Club in the state of Texas. Several Chapters of WIT are also in
operation in Texas. BBT's (Bluebonnet Travelers), Texas Wranglers, Big Thicket Winnies are
just a few. The Chapters are not governed nor do they report to the Texas W Club. Chapter
members are not required to join the State Club, nor are State Club members required to join
a Chapter. Chapters have a responsibility to support the State Club in all its activities. (WIT
      by-laws)

    Q. Do I have to be a member of Texas W before I can be a member of the
        Bluebonnet Travelers?
    A.  No. However, the state club, Texas W, meets 3 times a year at various locations. The
meeting in October is called a Rally where the host chapter(s) provides meals, decorations,
prizes, entertainment, games, and seminars. The Meetings held in January and April are
best described as a no-frills Rally.

    Q. What can I expect when I attend one of your meetings?
    A.  First and foremost, fun, food and fellowship. You might like to see our Standing Rules for
        more detailed information.
